M\u00e9xico exige que los extranjeros que generan ingresos de fuente mexicana se registren ante el Servicio de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria (SAT) y paguen los impuestos correspondientes. Esto se debe a que no se deducen comisiones de plataformas externas (como las de Airbnb o VRBO) del total. Adem\u00e1s de la comisi\u00f3n est\u00e1ndar por procesamiento de tarjetas de cr\u00e9dito, el importe total de la reserva se procesa directamente en nuestro sistema, lo que permite a los propietarios conservar una mayor parte de sus ganancias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos ejemplos demuestran c\u00f3mo nuestro sistema de precios din\u00e1micos est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para mantener tus ingresos constantes, independientemente de la plataforma que utilice el hu\u00e9sped para reservar. Ya sea Airbnb, VRBO o Booking.com, ajustamos las tarifas por noche para tener en cuenta las tarifas \u00fanicas de cada plataforma, de modo que tu pago neto se mantenga pr\u00e1cticamente igual. La \u00fanica excepci\u00f3n son las reservas directas, donde los propietarios suelen ganar un poco m\u00e1s, ya que no hay comisiones de la plataforma, solo la tarifa est\u00e1ndar de procesamiento de pagos. Es esencial para cualquier persona que reciba ingresos por alquiler en M\u00e9xico. El primer paso para pagar impuestos y cumplir con sus obligaciones fiscales es obtener su Registro Federal de Contribuyentes (RFC) ante el Servicio de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria (SAT).<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Obtener la residencia<\/strong><br>Primero, solicite la residencia temporal o permanente en un consulado mexicano. Una vez en M\u00e9xico, acuda a una oficina de inmigraci\u00f3n para obtener su tarjeta de residencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Obtenga su RFC<\/strong><br>Despu\u00e9s de obtener su residencia, programe una cita en la oficina del SAT. Traiga su pasaporte, tarjeta de residencia, comprobante de domicilio, CURP y una memoria USB. En su cita, recibir\u00e1 su RFC y los archivos digitales para sus impuestos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. UU. y Canad\u00e1. Por ejemplo, en EE. UU. es posible aplicar cr\u00e9ditos fiscales extranjeros por impuestos pagados en M\u00e9xico para ayudar a reducir su carga fiscal. Evite la doble imposici\u00f3n con un documento que su contador le proporcione que indique que ya pag\u00f3 impuestos sobre sus ingresos en M\u00e9xico.
