Si bien la demanda ha aumentado gracias a mejoras como la nueva autopista que nos conecta con Guadalajara, no ha seguido el ritmo del aumento de la oferta. Como resultado, muchos alquileres vacacionales est\u00e1n experimentando tasas de ocupaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s bajas de lo esperado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una de las decisiones m\u00e1s importantes para los propietarios de alquileres vacacionales es fijar la tarifa por noche adecuada.
