Las industrias de la hosteler\u00eda, los restaurantes y los bares se vieron muy afectadas y el mercado inmobiliario de Puerto Vallarta no fue la excepci\u00f3n. El a\u00f1o termin\u00f3 con una ca\u00edda de ~ 17% con respecto a 2019, y ligeramente por debajo del volumen total de ventas de 2018. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La mayor\u00eda de las ventas de bienes ra\u00edces ocurren aproximadamente un mes antes de la fecha de cierre real, lo que significa que muchas de las ventas registradas en el primer trimestre de 2020 en realidad se &quot;vendieron&quot; en 2019.Las ventas del segundo trimestre cayeron un enorme 50%, y luego otro 25% en el tercer trimestre. Los meses que no est\u00e1n aqu\u00ed, los alquilan. Los nietos est\u00e1n en la escuela y este grupo de edad busca encontrar un lugar divertido para vacacionar e invertir. Quieren nuevas actividades y oportunidades en un \u00e1rea segura donde los costos de vida sean m\u00e1s bajos y se pueda acceder a una buena atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica. Con el renovado aeropuerto internacional de Puerto Vallarta, es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil que nunca tomar vuelos directos desde las principales ciudades de EE. UU., Destinos europeos y canadienses. Esto hace que las visitas de familiares y amigos sean muy f\u00e1ciles y asequibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los compradores nacionales tambi\u00e9n han aumentado desde que los viajes internacionales casi se detuvieron en 2020.
