About Us

At Beach Please, we specialize in full-service vacation rental management that maximizes your property’s income while delivering outstanding guest experiences. Founded in January 2018 out of our own frustration as property owners in Bucerías, we set out to create the kind of management company we wished we had—one that offers local expertise, reliable service, and complete peace of mind. What began as a personal mission has grown into a trusted brand with a diverse portfolio of properties, from cozy studios and beachfront penthouses to spacious family villas.

Our mission is simple: to provide exceptional property management services for homeowners and unforgettable stays for guests. We’re committed to the highest standards of professionalism, attention to detail, and financial performance—ensuring every home is cared for like our own and every guest stay exceeds expectations.

Our Founding Team

Eric Ricardo Gonzalez Baske

Co-Founder / Managing Director

Born in Texas, raised in Mexico, and armed with an Aerospace Engineering degree from UT Austin 🤘 (where I met my amazing wife, Haley) and a Master’s in Software Development from TU-München, I bring a unique blend of technical aptitude and entrepreneurial spirit to Beach Please. My focus lies in nurturing strategic growth while continuously seeking opportunities to enhance our operational efficiency, elevate owner benefits, and deliver an unforgettable guest experience. I also make sure that our web & software development efforts are prioritized to maintain our competitive edge in our industry.

If I’m at the beach, I’ll either be fishing, swimming in the waves, or drinking a cold Pacifico. I’m a regular at Luna Luna for breakfast (get the huevos rancheros!!!), crispy birria tacos from across the street at the office, and the Buclas Brewery. I’m on 2 HOA boards in Bucerias, a counselor for the Bucerias Golden Zone Neighborhood Association, and I’m the co-founder of Local Lens Vacation Photographers (check us out on Shark Tank). I am also listed as inventor on 6 patents from my time working on the innovation team at Bell Helicopter.

Saul Andre Gómez Medellín

Co-Founder / Director of Operations & Finances

Greetings! I’m Andre, the Director of Operations & Finances at Beach Please. I was born & raised in Bucerias, and my family has been here for 3 generations. I also hold a Master’s Degree in Accounting & Fiscal Planning. At Beach Please, I take charge of day-to-day operations, owner relations, and regulatory compliance, working tirelessly to support the rapid and sustained growth of our company.

Drawing from my experience at the SAT (Mexico’s Tax Administration Service), I possess in-depth knowledge of Mexico’s fiscal laws, adding a valuable layer to our financial strategies. My involvement in the vacation rental business began while working at PVRPV, B Nayar, and Bucerias Real Estate, providing me with a unique perspective that contributes to the success of Beach Please. Together with our dedicated team, we’re committed to ensuring Beach Please continues to thrive, providing exceptional experiences for our guests and property owners.

Haley Price Gonzalez

Co-Founder / Director of Marketing & Owner Success

Originally from Fort Worth, Texas, my entrepreneurial journey began in Austin, where I cut my teeth in the startup world across industries like fashion, agriculture, and wellness. I’ve always been drawn to building things from the ground up — businesses, brands, and now, a hospitality company rooted in heart and detail.

My love for travel led me to become a loyal Airbnb guest long before stepping into the vacation rental business myself. Everything changed when Eric (my husband and fellow co-founder) and I bought our first rental property in Bucerías. It was then I discovered just how powerful small, thoughtful touches can be in creating unforgettable guest experiences — and I’ve been obsessed ever since.

I hold a degree in Communications (RTF) from the University of Texas at Austin and co-founded Local Lens, a global vacation photography company, in 2014. We’ve since grown to serve customers in over 200 cities around the world. In 2022, I earned my AMPI certification in Nayarit to expand my expertise into real estate and better serve property owners here in Mexico.
