A local property manager is essential when owning a vacation property. If anything goes wrong, the property manager is on the ground and ready to handle anything that comes their way when it comes to your home. A good property manager will offer preventative care and routine maintenance, as well as have a directory of tradesmen for minor or major repairs and renovations to your home.

Property Inspections

If you plan on renting out your property, we highly recommend doing pre-checkin and post-checkout property inspections. Keeping your property cared for ensures great guest reviews.

Routine Care

Being in the tropics, your property needs routine care. A/C needs maintenance 2x per year and walls need constant retouching. We can help you create a custom preventative maintenance program for your property.

Emergency Repairs

A property manager must be available 24/7 for any emergency. When repairs are needed, they can be handled by our in-house maintenance staff or we will coordinate the logistics with the right specialist or contractor.

Cleaning Services

Our in-house cleaning staff can be scheduled as needed in between guests or during guest stays. We recommend at least one cleaning per week due to the heat, humidity, and general dust in the area.

Garden & Pool

In addition to cleaning staff, your property in the tropics will likely need pool maintenance and a gardening team for landscaping and regular fumigations to keep your property looking great.

Inventory Management

You want your vacation property to feel like home for the guests who stay there. We’ll keep track of your inventory and order more supplies as needed to make sure you provide everything guests need for a relaxing vacation.
