The people behind Beach Please.
Property management is built on trust. You’re handing someone the keys to an incredibly valuable asset, often while you’re hundreds or thousands of miles away.
That’s why we think homeowners should know exactly who’s behind the company managing their property. Beach Please started with three people personally involved in every part of the business and has grown into a full local team covering operations, guest service, housekeeping, maintenance, finance, technology, marketing, and owner support.
We’re large enough to have specialized teams and systems, but still local enough to know the properties, neighborhoods, and owners we work with.
Our Founders
Eric Ricardo Gonzalez Baske
Co-Founder / Managing Director
Born in Texas and raised in Mexico, Eric brings an unusual mix of engineering, technology, hospitality, and entrepreneurship to Beach Please.
He earned an Aerospace Engineering degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master’s in Software Development from TU München. Before Beach Please, Eric worked in innovation at Bell Helicopter and is named as an inventor on six patents.
At Beach Please, Eric focuses on growth strategy, revenue management, technology, automation, and building better operational systems. He’s also involved locally through HOA boards and the Bucerías Golden Zone Neighborhood Association.
Saúl André Gómez Medellín
Co-Founder / Director of Operations
Andre was born and raised in Bucerías, where his family has lived for three generations. That local knowledge is a major part of how Beach Please operates today.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Fiscal Planning and previously worked with Mexico’s SAT tax administration. His experience also includes local real estate, property management, and hospitality.
Andre oversees day-to-day operations, finances, regulatory compliance, and owner relations while helping coordinate the local teams responsible for keeping our properties running smoothly.
Haley Price Gonzalez
Co-Founder / Marketing & Owner Success
Originally from Fort Worth, Texas, Haley has spent her career building companies, brands, and customer experiences. She studied Communications at the University of Texas at Austin and co-founded Local Lens, a global vacation photography company serving travelers in more than 200 cities worldwide.
Her path into vacation rentals began after purchasing a property in Bucerías with Eric. Seeing firsthand how much the little details matter to both owners and guests eventually helped inspire Beach Please.
Today, Haley focuses on marketing, homeowner experience, brand strategy, and continuously improving the guest journey. She also holds an AMPI real estate certification in Nayarit.
It Takes a Team
The founders may have started Beach Please, but today’s operation depends on a much larger group of people working behind the scenes every day.
Guest Experience
Local hosts and guest-support staff help travelers before, during, and after their stay.
Operations
Property inspections, housekeeping coordination, maintenance, supplies, and day-to-day problem solving.
Owner Support
Financial reporting, revenue strategy, reservations, marketing, and ongoing communication with homeowners.
