From booking to checkout, here’s everything you need to know

How is your service different from Airbnb, VRBO, or other booking platforms?

We offer the same high-quality rentals but you won’t have to pay their expensive service fees.

What is your cancellation policy if I book directly with you?

Upon booking, you will pay a 20% deposit, and the other 80% is automatically charged 30 days before check-in. 31 or more days before check-in, cancellations are refundable, but the 20% deposit is non-refundable. If cancelled 30 or fewer days before check-in, the booking is non-refundable.
A hold of $250–500 USD is placed as a security deposit the day of check-in. It is fully refundable after a satisfactory checkout inspection.

Where are your properties?

Our main office is based in Bucerias, Riviera Nayairt. We manage properties all over the Banderas Bay! If you are looking for a stay in Puerto Vallarta, Nuevo Nayarit, Bucerias, and La Cruz de Huancaxtle.

What customer support is available during my stay?

You will have an assigned support agent available to you 24/7 to answer any questions, respond to emergencies, or make local suggestions.

At checkout what extra fees are there?

At checkout, you will see the nightly rate and the total of the reservation. The total you see includes any weekly or monthly discounts already applied. You will then see VAT sales tax applied. In Mexico, this is 16%.

What payment methods do you accept?

We can accept any debit or credit card except for American Express.
