Its unbeatable location offers restaurants, galleries & boutiques all within walking distance. Despite the proximity to all this entertainment, the neighborhood is very quiet. Cook a meal or make margaritas in the top-of-the-line kitchen with marble countertops, stainless steel appliances & filtered tap water.
This condo is equipped with top-of-the-line furnishings and appliances. High-speed internet (500 MBPS), Samsung Smart TVs (one 65” and two 55”), Sonos speakers, a gas grill, washer/dryer set, room-by-room controlled air-conditioning, blackout curtains, and one private assigned parking space are all provided. The loveseat and queen sofabed are Palliser and made of 100% genuine leather. For a great sleep, all bed linens are Luuna brand and all mattresses are the Denver edition from Sealy.
The kitchen is also outfitted with high-end appliances. The Nespresso and Cuisinart coffee makers are sure to satisfy your caffeine fix! We also installed a high-tech water filtration system for convenient and safe drinking water.

The Neighborhood
Bucerias’ 5-mile stretch of soft sandy beaches, cobblestone streets, and Mexican village charm take you back to simpler times. It has become a popular destination in the Riviera Nayarit, but it has managed to keep its authenticity. Many say Bucerias is very much like Puerto Vallarta was in the 1950s, where you can experience the joys of a laid-back beach town without the tourist-palooza that is Puerto and Nuevo Vallarta.
Getting Around
Bucerias is easily walkable to anywhere you’d like to go – the beach, the market, restaurants, etc. To get to other areas of the bay, Uber and Indriver are our preferred modes of transportation due to the ease and competitive pricing.
