  1. The owner must make a donation of $199 USD or more to their local charity of choice.
  2. The property must have professional photos.
  3. Must have all amenities such as:
    • Towels, bed sheets, soap, toilet paper, and pillows.
    • Kitchen supplies such as microwave, refrigerator, dishes, silverware, cups, pots, & pans.
    • Hot water & wifi.
  4. Short-term & monthly rentals only.
