Monthly
- General inventory check
- Check for missing or broken items
Quarterly
- Fumigation for ants & spiders
- Light bulbs needing to be replaced
- Check batteries in remotes for A/C & TV
- Clean pillow & matress protectors
- Upholstery deep-clean
6-Months
- Seasonal deep clean
- Touch up paint or add a new coat
- Check and replace worn towels, linens, and bedding
- Go through all kitchen supplies to see if anything needs replacing
- Clean plumbing pipes and drains.
- Compile a list of any suggestions we’ve received and feedback from guests. Did any of the property’s recent reviews stand out? Share some of the best ones through social media channels.
- Replace batteries: safes and pass-through water heaters
- A/C general maintenance
- Disassembly of the evaporator to clean the shutter & turbine.
- Disinfection and cleaning of the condenser.
- Levels and pressure check.
Yearly
- Repair or replace worn or damaged furniture items.
- Waterproofing the roof.
- Calibrate pressure pump at correct pressure (Hidroneumático)
- Add new or better photos to the listing. Read through all property details and update as needed.
- Replace batteries: TV + A/C remote controls, smoke + CO detectors.
