Richards’s place is by far the cleanest Airbnb we’ve stayed at. The condo is even nicer in person and will totally “wow” you upon entry. My husband and our three kids spent spring break week here and it was perfect. We stayed in the south region of PVR last year so it was great to be in Nuevo Vallarta this year. We were closer to Bucerías and Sayulita which we got to explore for the first time. I really appreciated the list of tips and recommendations from Richard. The restaurant and massage recommendations were on point. The view from the condo is priceless you have to watch at least one sunrise and sunset and open the doors to the ocean breeze and sound of waves when you wake up. Surprisingly, being attached to Dreams hotel and how large the Villa Magna residences are it was never overcrowded. We always found loungers by the pool and beach. The pool and beach area are easily one of the top in the area. The Villa Magna snack bar is a wonderful amenity and has very good prices and menu. Be sure to take advantage of the happy hour specials. Don’t hesitate to book this vacation home the only thing you will regret is having to leave.

Le condo de Richard était parfait pour nous. Il est beau et spacieux. Richard a toujours répondu rapidement à mes questions. Les informations pour entrer dans le condo étaient claires et détaillées. Il y a un petit snack bar sur place. La nourriture était bonne et nous aimions bien y aller pour le dîner(déjeuner).
