The Space

Just 15 minutes north from the airport and 30 minutes to Downtown Puerto Vallarta via taxi or Uber, your rental condo in Villa Magna has ample space for everyone. With amazing views from your private balcony, you’ll even be able to see the humpback whales spouting out mist in the mornings during the winter months!

Fast wifi, Netflix, washer/dryer inside the apartment, room-by-room controlled air-conditioning, blackout curtains, and one private assigned parking space are all provided. Cook any meal in the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, filtered water on tap, and all the utensils you could need.

All guests have access to the jacuzzi, 3 large pools, tennis courts, ping pong, volleyball, and kayaks. Local attractions include premier golfing, whale watching, snorkeling, world-class dining options, nightlife, surfing, and so much more. 5 min walk down the beach is a turtle conservatory, and in high season (June – Sept) baby turtles are released by the hundreds!

The Neighborhood

Nuevo Vallarta is one of the fastest-growing beach destinations in Mexico. Swaying palm trees, golden-sand beaches, margaritas with little umbrellas – what more could you want?

The ocean waves along this stretch of Banderas Bay are gentler and are therefore more conducive to swimming, boogie boarding, body surfing, and kayaking. The area is surrounded by abundant tropical vegetation and has the nicest, longest, and flattest walking beach in the entire bay. In fact, the beach stretch is nearly 8 miles long, and at its widest point is 50-60 feet wide.

The maximum number of guests allowed in the apartment is 6 due to HOA condo restrictions. Also, security will require a picture ID from each guest to enter the resort at check-in.

Getting Around

To get to other areas of the Riviera Nayarit or Banderas Bay, Uber and Indriver are our preferred modes of transportation if you do not have a rental car. Nuevo Vallarta is a great jumping-off point for exploring everything Vallarta has to offer:
