Mexican food is definitely unique. In 2010, Mexican cuisine was actually added to the UNESCO list of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. Ingredients like corn, peppers, and beans, were inherited from pre-Hispanic times, and against all odds, these elements survived the Spanish colonization and the passing of the centuries, which turns them into treasures that deserved to be preserved.

He also volunteers as a 24/7 on-call personal chef for his twin baby girls and wife!
