The Property

A sparkling clean pool winds through the grounds surrounded by lush greenery and is shared with the other 8 units in MaraVilla Nayarit. The property is located one block back from Bucerias’ main road, Lazaro Cardenas, so there is very little traffic noise and plenty of street parking. Half a block away is MariPaz, our neighborhood mini-mart that has practically everything you could need.

Everything you need for a great stay is provided such as fast wifi, Netflix, AC, & blackout curtains. The kitchen is fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances, filtered water, a coffee maker, and all the utensils you could need.When you get here, self check-in is easy. Smart locks and lockboxes let you go straight to the door and walk right in. In case you need us, our customer care team is available around the clock—with a local property manager ready to help out.

The pool is shared among the 8 units within this low-density condo complex.

What are the pool area rules?

— The pool is for registered guests only.
— It is open from 9 am to 9 pm daily.
— Please avoid using glass tableware or glass bottles near the pool.

How far is Bucerias from Puerto Vallarta?

Bucerias is 30 minutes north of downtown Puerto Vallarta, and you can easily grab an Uber for $150 – $200 MXN [2020 updated prices].
