Across the street Punta Coradiso will also have commercial space, and the lot south of Pacifica will also be built in the future. With La Negra keeping its veteran status on that corner, the boutiques by the super-luxury property Boracay just a block away, and the popular breakfast restaurant Mr.Cream on the next corner, it’s easy to see that the corner of Francisco I. Madero and Abasolo is going to be a more upscale intersection. Things are a changin’.

Ocean View & Aerial Shots

If you want an ocean view, you are going to need to be in the 600’s or higher with your unit number. With Punta Coradiso going up on the nearest corner, you’ll need to be on the North corner to secure your view in the future.

Premium units are the not-yet-released penthouses, but other than that our top picks are: 901, 801, 701, and 601. Units 802, 702, and 602 aren’t bad either.

Map & Neighborhood

Zona Dorada, which translates to Golden Zone, is the neighborhood south of the Arroyo del Indio river in Bucerias. There are tons of boutique stores, restaurants, coffee shops, & art galleries. Bucerias’ 5-mile stretch of soft sandy beaches, cobblestone streets, and Mexican village charm take you back to simpler times.

MarAlma is located:

  • 315 meters to the beach
  • 876 meters to downtown Bucerias’ plaza
  • 400m to the nearest best hospital
  • 324m to a local mini-mart with produce

Floorplans

They definitely are maximizing the lot to fit 50 units. The flex rooms are interesting, but we first saw those at Pavillion a couple of years ago, so it seems to be a trend to create these flexible spaces that can possibly maximize your rental potential.

Indigo Tower

This is the tower of commercial space + 3 levels of condos facing the street. These units won’t have much of a view, but the prices are excellent and you have both rooftops to enjoy the views. The majority is the Type 1 floor plan, only 3 units are Type 2, and those are on a corner.

Amber Tower

Five levels of condos are available for sale in the Amber tower. This tower will have ocean view from condo levels 2-5.
